Horse riding

Equestrians are welcome in Cotgrave Country Park, and can access the park from the following locations:

• Car Park on Hollygate Lane;
• North Entrance on Stragglethorpe Road;
• Horse Gate at the entrance to Colliers Way (the north-most entrance along this road);
• Holme Lane, following the multi-user path (the old railway track);
• Main Road Cotgrave, using the bridleway opposite the entrance to Nottinghamshire Golf Club.

Please note there is no parking area for horse boxes, and the car park has a height restriction barrier. All routes around the park are shared with walkers and cyclists. Please be considerate of other visitors as you use the park.
